이것은 항상 변화 발전 되어져야 하며 정지되어 있으면 죽은 것이다.
The world (universal) history is a comprehensive living thing (creature) which is alive, moving, congregating, developing and changing. This always has to change and be improved. Once it ceases moving, it is dead.
